Tracey Masella
Tracey is a licensed clinical social worker with deep expertise in adolescent, adult, and family treatment. She integrates behavioral, solutions-focused, and psychodynamic therapy, drawing especially on her intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as Internal Family Systems and Mentalization-Based Therapy.
For nearly a decade, Tracey worked as a senior clinician at Silver Hill Hospital, serving adolescents and adults across inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. As Program Manager for the Adolescent Transitional Living Program, she collaborated with clinical teams and leadership to advance care delivery and outcomes. She continues to contribute to Silver Hill through outreach and education, partnering with schools and community organizations to reduce stigma and strengthen mental health literacy.
Tracey has worked alongside Dr. Aaron Krasner since 2013, co-founding the Krasner Adolescent Institute and shaping innovative, personalized approaches to assessment and treatment planning. She is also dedicated to service beyond the clinic: she chairs the Medical Relief Alliance, supporting women and children in rural Kenya affected by HIV/AIDS, and mentors students through A Better Chance in New Canaan.
