A proud grandmother of three,  Judy is a native of the Southwest.  When she moved to Connecticut, she completed a circuit of living in every quadrant of the U.S.  She is an avid reader; her particular interest is historical fiction set in the 19th century.  She is a member of  literary societies devoted to authors Jane Austen and Dorothy Dunnett. 

Judy’s role is not glamorous, but it is indispensable. She is:

  • The guardian of financial transparency and operational integrity.
  • The person who ensures that every policy, every bill, and every compliance standard is upheld to the highest measure.
